CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

"I believe that every person has the capacity to grow and heal."

The best advice I’ve ever received came from my college work supervisor, who ended every email with the quote, “Advice is like snow – the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper it sinks into the mind.” At the time, I found it a bit humorous, but over time, I’ve come to appreciate the wisdom in those words. They remind me to approach my clients with gentleness, understanding, and care, so that the insights we uncover together can truly take root.

I am passionate about helping people navigate their identities, discover their strengths, and accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach. I bring compassion, adaptability, and dedication to every session, and I take pride in building lasting, trusting relationships with my clients. My experience includes working with court-involved youth, young adults, and individuals ages 5–22 with special needs, as well as supporting transition planning and empowerment. Clients often tell me they appreciate my consistency, my genuine curiosity, and my commitment to walking alongside them in their journey.

I’ve worked with clients from many different backgrounds, but I most often work with children, teens, and young adults. I believe meaningful connection is built through understanding, openness, and a little humor. I enjoy incorporating creative approaches into my work, such as using children’s books to spark conversations and explore important life themes in accessible ways.

Outside of work, I find joy in playing with my cats, Biscuit and Jasper, biking, going to the gym, and treating myself to spa days. I also have a love for fashion, interior design, and nails.  Creativity is a constant thread in both my personal and professional life, and I value bringing that same spirit of creativity and growth into my work with clients.
