LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
"It takes a village."
The best advice I’ve ever received came with a smile: “How many kids do you know that have graduated high school without being potty trained?” It’s a lighthearted reminder that growth takes time, and everyone’s journey moves at its own pace. I carry that perspective into my work, meeting clients where they are and helping them build skills step by step.
What inspires me most is watching someone develop new tools and realize they can handle challenges they once thought were impossible. I’m inquisitive, consistent and find humor in most situations. I love working with adolescents and young adults who are looking for encouragement, support, and hope for a better future. My clients know they can count on me to offer options and opportunities when they feel overwhelmed, and my colleagues often seek out my opinion—something I see as proof that my knowledge and approach make a difference.
I believe therapy is a marathon, not a sprint, and I strive to create a space where progress is steady, sustainable, and meaningful. My goal is to walk alongside clients, helping them see their strengths and take steps toward the life they want.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with friends and family or cheering on a soccer match. No matter where I am, I bring the same belief with me: we all do better when we’re supported by a community that cares.
