LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

As men, we're often taught to power through—to handle our careers, relationships, and emotions without ever showing cracks. But that expectation can feel isolating. You might be feeling stuck, anxious, burned out, or simply overwhelmed by everything you're juggling. Whether you're facing stress at work, tension in your relationships, or difficulty managing emotions, know this: seeking help isn’t a weakness. It’s a strength.

I specialize in working with men—young adults and adults—who are navigating life’s pressures and transitions. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health and medical social work, I understand the unique challenges men face, and I'm passionate about helping you move past the stigma that too often surrounds mental health.

My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you develop tools that work for your life and goals.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend. You’ll find a supportive, judgment-free environment where we can focus on building clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. Together, we’ll work toward creating meaningful change that supports your well-being and helps you lead a more fulfilling life.

Taking the first step to reach out can be tough—but you're not meant to face everything alone. If you're ready to explore therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
