LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
"Think it over, but don’t overthink it."
The most rewarding part of my work is walking alongside people who have the courage to face both the internal and external challenges of life. Whether someone comes to therapy ready for change or unsure if it will make a difference, I see each client as an individual with unique strengths, needs, and goals. Together, we create a plan of care that is personal, collaborative, and focused on outcomes that truly matter to them.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, nonjudgmental demeanor and the space I create for them to explore, reflect, and grow. I’m passionate about helping people learn to advocate for their needs within their environments and relationships, and I aim to empower them with tools they can carry forward long after therapy ends. Some of my most meaningful moments are when clients return months later to share the impact our work has had on their lives.
I am genuine, funny, and passionate about connecting with a diverse range of clients. I believe therapy works best when people have ownership of the process, and I bring my clinical skills, training, and experience to help guide them where they want to be.
Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with my family, fishing, building things, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love a good documentary series—especially on space, the universe, or history.
