"Persevere until you like your life."

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is this: “Thank you so much. It’s an honor to have been asked. Unfortunately, my plate is full right now. I look forward to working with you in the future.” It’s a simple, respectful way to honor boundaries—something I encourage clients to practice in their own lives.

As a therapist, nothing inspires me more than watching people begin to live the lives they’ve hoped for. My approach is efficient, patient, and deeply empathic. I believe my role is to guide clients toward becoming the experts on themselves and their own lives—replacing the belief that they can’t with the confidence that they can.

I work especially well with individuals who feel disconnected from themselves. Together, we explore their inner world, build self-awareness, and create space for growth and change. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I accept them exactly as they are, while still holding hope for what’s possible. Seeing clients “graduate” from therapy—more grounded, confident, and connected—is my greatest proof that the work we do together matters.

As a Fellow of the Association for Music and Imagery (https://www.ami-bonnymethod.org/), I also offer Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) sessions for GIM trainees and those interested in the method. GIM is a music-centered, consciousness-expanding therapy developed by Helen Bonny. Therapists trained in the Bonny Method choose classical music sequences that stimulate journeys of the imagination. Experiencing imagery in this way facilitates clients’ integration of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Outside the therapy room, I’m happiest when I’m creating—whether it’s building something with my hands, making music, or exploring new ideas in personal growth and the unfolding of the human psyche. I bring that same creativity and curiosity into my sessions, helping clients discover new perspectives and pathways forward.
