Kalee Thompson

With years of experience in both billing and customer service, Kalee brings warmth, professionalism, and a calm presence to our front office. Whether she’s answering questions about insurance, managing scheduling details, or helping a nervous child feel at ease in the waiting room, she does it all with kindness and care.

Outside of the office, Kalee is a proud cat lover. She has two cats, Rocko, who is 11, and Vader, a 2-year-old recent adoption who has quickly become part of the family. She enjoys baseball and is a dedicated fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Cubs.

Kalee is known for her ability to juggle many moving pieces while making every client feel welcomed and supported. She’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through the door, and she works behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly—so clients and therapists can focus on what matters most: healing and connection.
