LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
"Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind."
That belief shapes everything about how I show up for my clients. Being honest and direct isn't harsh, it's one of the most compassionate things I can offer. Real growth happens when we stop tiptoeing around the hard stuff and start facing it together.
What inspires me most is witnessing the moment something finally clicks. When a client pauses to look back at how far they've come, or takes a brave step beyond what felt possible before, that's everything! Those moments remind me exactly why this work matters.
I specialize in supporting teens and young adults who are ready to do the work. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, big feelings that feel hard to name, or the everyday pressures of friendships, family, identity, and life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you. Trained in TF-CBT, I believe deeply in helping you understand your own mind and body, while building real, lasting skills to manage whatever life brings. My goal isn't just to help you cope, it's to help you feel empowered to become the person you want to be, and to find beauty even in the messy, uncomfortable parts of that journey.
People tell me they appreciate my authenticity, and that my comfort with being a little weird helps them feel safe enough to be fully themselves. Clients have shared that I have a way of coming alongside them even in the hardest moments. My proudest moments as a clinician came while working in a crisis-to-stabilization program, where clients and their families expressed how meaningful our work had become; not just proud of their progress, but genuinely moved by the connection we had built along the way.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me at the beach, out on a hike, or soaking up some sun. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews, whether we're building Lego sets or diving into a craft project together. I'm also a serious crafter; this past year I tried the throwing wheel and stained glass, and watercolor painting always pulls me back in. And whenever I can, I love hitting the road to visit friends in other states.
You’re not alone in this journey. I want to walk alongside you toward healing and growth.
