Courtney Lemoine LLMSW
CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
"Do today what your younger self wished for and your future self would be proud of."
The best advice I've ever received reminds me that every day is a chance to show up more fully, for yourself and for the people around you. That belief shapes how I walk into every session: with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to being present with you.
What inspires me most are the "aha!" moments, when the tangled thoughts, feelings, and patterns finally start to unravel and something just clicks. I'm not here to solve your problems for you. I'm here to sit alongside you while we make sense of them together.
I work best with clients who are self-aware but find themselves stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-doubt, or relational overwhelm. Together, we'll explore what's driving those patterns and build a steadier, more confident sense of self. The goal isn't to change who you are, it's to help you feel secure in who you already are.
People tell me I have a gift for creating a space that feels warm, safe, and welcoming, and that means more to me than anything. My clients keep showing up, even when it's hard, and that kind of courage is what drives me every day.
When I'm not working, you'll find me baking sourdough, curled up with a hot chocolate, and snuggling with my pup Remy. I geek out on slow mornings and good friends, and I bring that same intentional, grounded energy into the therapy room.
If you're ready to untangle what's been holding you back, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
